divisions in a single plant. Electrical Energy consumption is a major factor and they consume over 5-6 lac units of electricity every month. With our Software
Solution we have given them tool to point loopholes and lessen bills towards power consumption.

2. They have many heavy energy consumption furnaces, machines etc. We have developed a software which is available with CG intranet. Here all the consumptions for machines, industry loads, furnaces are measured after particular time interval.
And for the total Complex, per Division, Per machine, per production batch consumptions are available in a handy form. To have more impact we have used powerful report tools as Bar Graph, Pie Chart, Paretos and statistical analysis to present the information.
Also each time the information is shown with repect to the earlier years average consumption, targets and management policies.

3. For every abnormal event there is a messaging system which transferrs messages across the organization to enable to manage their resources in a better way.
